Submit an expression of interest and share your institution’s goals. We review your collaboration needs, confirm alignment with Tahini’s mission, and identify where your support fits best within our collaboration tracks and priorities.

Consult and Define

We schedule a consultation meeting to understand your objectives, capacity, and preferred collaboration model. Together, we clarify expectations, success metrics, timelines, and key stakeholders to ensure a practical and mutually beneficial partnership.

Agree and Formalise

We share a tailored collaboration proposal for refinement and agreement. Once aligned, we confirm roles, responsibilities, and outcomes, then sign an MoU to officially launch the partnership and prepare for implementation planning with shared timelines.

Implement & Report

We begin rollout support with coordinated execution, regular check-ins, and progress tracking. Tahini provides implementation guidance, updates, and periodic reports to ensure transparency, measure impact, and continuously improve collaboration.
